Description of the simulation test environment:

There are different types of environment in nature: high temperature, low temperature, humidity, ultraviolet light, sunlight, rain, etc. Different natural environments affect all of our lifestyles to varying degrees. A simulation test environment is a service performed to ensure operational reliability in a deployment, deployment or storage environment.

Refrigeration system:

Generation of low temperature from the refrigeration process has four main processes: compression, condensation, throttling and evaporation. The compressor compresses the refrigerant in a liquid state at high temperature and high pressure. Refrigerant liquid is pumped at normal temperature and high pressure from the condenser, then it is pumped and sprayed into the evaporator through the throttle device (spreader, capillary tube), and the atomized refrigerant is evaporated into a gaseous state. Heat to complete cooling, the gaseous refrigerant returns to the compressor to continue the compression cycle.

 

Heating system:

The high temperature of the equipment is heated directly by the electric wire, and the heat is distributed to every part of the laboratory by the air system.

 

Heat Method

A ceramic heating tube is used to heat the electric current, and the power of the heating tube is calculated according to the actual temperature and the size of the laboratory.

 

Way to control

The PID calculation time data of the controller to judge the output ratio as the basis of the actual temperature conditions, to control the on-line ratio of the model to the hard bottom speed four realize heating wire power supply.

 

Air supply system:

The function of the ventilation system is to circulate gas inside the laboratory to make the high temperature, low temperature and humidity produced by the heating tube, humidifying tube and evaporator inside the laboratory and adjusts.
