Environmental simulation tests are performed to evaluate the product’s operational reliability during use, transportation and storage. It involves exposing the product to natural or artificial environmental conditions to perform its function, to evaluate the performance of the product in the real environmental conditions of use, transportation and storage, and to evaluate and study the quality the effect on the behavior of environmental conditions.

The environmental simulation test room is a method for companies or institutions to check the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products under the conditions of transportation, handling, vibration, etc. The aim is to check whether materials and products meet the quality objectives expected in Ramped, design and manufacturing using various environmental testing tools.

Low pressure test: The test affects the speed of the air-borne weapons and the hold of the aircraft, the weapons used on the shelf, and the air weapons when the aircraft is damaged the body. The purpose of the test is to test the performance of the weapon in the low pressure area and the effect of rapid termination on the performance of the weapon. The maximum height of the simulation can reach 30,000 m (m), and the temperature value corresponding to the height should be taken during the test.

High temperature test: During the test, the weapon is in high temperature air, but not direct sunlight. This test is for the safety or use of the weapon in a room or space or near a hot place like an engine in high temperature. This test should only be performed when the solar radiation test cannot detect the high temperature effect. The purpose of this test is to test the performance of the storage or to use in high temperature conditions.

Low Temperature Test: This test is suitable to test the specimens to be used in low temperature conditions during the life cycle.

Thermal shock test: This test applies to weapons that are subject to rapid temperature changes in the area of use or type of use. For example: silos of electronic equipment, weapons and optoelectronic equipment and airplanes from desert airfields to high altitude; Weapons fell from the heights into the desert; Weapons are transferred from inside to outside in the Arctic. Only air thermal shock tests are performed and air to water thermal shock tests may be performed in the future. The purpose of thermal shock testing is to test the effect of sudden changes in temperature on weapon performance.

Solar test (sunlight): This is a test for weapons and equipment exposed to sunlight. The effects of solar radiation on the use or safety in the atmosphere of weapons or related materials can be tested through sunlight testing.

Rain Test: The test involves weapons that may be exposed to rain during use. The rain test includes a rain test when there is no wind and a rain test when there is wind. The purpose of the rain test is to test the waterproof performance of rain protection equipment and the performance of weapons during and after rain.

Waterproof test: The test is related to the weapon that can be used in a hot and humid environment. The tropics have different seasons in the mid-latitudes, which are hot and humid. The purpose of this test is to test the flexibility of the weapon in a hot and humid environment.

Anti-mildew testing: Temperature and humidity are the conditions for microbial growth, which are common in tropical and temperate regions. All standard weapons and equipment should be designed to prevent mold. The purpose of this test is to evaluate the quality of the weapon and the effect of the weapon on the performance or use of the weapon.

Salt spray experiment: salt spread on earth. There is salt in the ocean, air, soil, lakes and rivers, especially along the coast, where the salt content in the ocean and the salt content in the ocean are the most important. Therefore, all weapons are in some form of saline environment during their life. The purpose of the salt spray test is to test the effect of the humid air containing salt on the performance of the weapon, especially the effectiveness of the coating and compatibility.

Dust and dust test: This test is suitable for mechanical, electrical, electronic and electronic equipment used in dry sand or high dust atmosphere. The test is divided into a dust lift test and a sand lift test. Fine dust and sand are used for dust removal tests. Fine dust can get into holes, cracks, bearings and seals. 149 ~ 850 is used for sand lifting test μ M (micron), large and sharp sand particles can create erosion and obstruction, and reduce the efficiency, reliability and maintenance equipment. The purpose of the sand and dust test is to test the use and safety capabilities of the weapon in a sand and dust environment.
