Environmental stress screening (ESS) is also known as Burn-in, AST (Accelerated Stress Testing), HALT (Highly Accelerated Stress Test), or HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening). Whatever the name, the idea is the same it creates a test program that allows you to eliminate the infant mortality of the product. The ESS Chamber provides the unique capability of stress screening products in a small & medium, lab-type chamber. Pre-qualification for ESS, troubleshooting, and small scale ESS programs would all benefit from high air flow, high change rate testing in this design. This Chamber can accommodate up to six product drawers from our standard ESS systems. Other features include non-CFC/HCFC design, and wide variety of control systems, refrigeration system sizes, and product fixturing options. This chamber offers high volume horizontal airflow for rack systems. The chambers can be adapted to many product configurations and provide manual, automatic robotic interface. A variety of methods are available for product power and test interface including auto insertion. ESS chambers have set the industry standard for performance, throughput and flexibility. The fixtured cart allows a variety of products to be tested, multiple carts for faster loading/unloading and inexpensive changeover to new products. The high-volume, horizontal airflow provides maximum product change rates. The standard dry air purge safeguards against condensation during rapid temperature changes. This ESS chamber provides Wide variety of refrigeration for performance and range flexibility. It also has a Programmable control for product or air-change and Automatic insertion/coupling for product power is possible. The main feature of ESS Chamber is that LN2 cooling is provided for even faster change rates.

Control Instrumentation- HMI Red Lion & Siemens (PLC)

Red Lion (HMI) & Siemens (PLC) or Eurotherm. This chamber comes with two controllers, it’s the choice of the customer if they want HMI or Eurotherm. For HMI 7” Red Lion high resolution TFT provided with program logic controller (Siemens). Number of programs & profile segments with ramp & soak duration provided for cyclic operation. The temperature measuring and control systems provided with PID modules. Set value & process value with graphical display on main screen.

Control Instrumentation - Eurotherm Programmer can also be an option.

Refrigeration system

Cascade system. Compressors: Bitzer/GEA semi hermetic. semi-Sealed compressor will be provided for low temperature. Liquid receiver & Filter (Danfoss-Denmark), well balanced Hi cool (CE approved Condenser fan with safety grill)
