Ageing Test Chambers

Accelerated aging test mainly refers to the thermal oxygen aging test for rubber, plastic products, electrical insulation materials and other materials or the ventilation aging test for electronic parts and plastic products. The aging test is divided into temperature aging, sunlight aging, loading aging and so on. These accelerated aging test methods mean reproducing, artificially and in a limited time, what would happen in months or even years. Generally, we use accelerated aging test chamber to do the test. Aging Chamber has been designed to simulate environmental condition to test the stability and reliability of products under stressed environment. The chamber fully complies with the requirements of Standard ISO 4892-1ISO 4892-3, GB/T16585-1996, GB14522-93, GB/T16422.3-1997, ASTMG53 and etc. Microprocessor based Aging Test Chambers are made in accordance with the international testing standards. Aging Chamber maintains 25% to 95 % RH. The Test Chamber is digitally controlled delivering accurate result under controlled environmental conditions. This chamber also known as Accelerated Ageing Test Chamber. The Accelerate Aging test simulates real-time aging using elevated temperatures to artificially speed up the aging process. This test enables manufacturers to get their product to market faster. Additional testing is performed after aging to access the packaging and product performance. Accelerated aging is used to simulate the effects of real-time aging by subjecting samples to elevated temperatures for specific periods of time, thereby generating data more quickly and allowing for shorter time to market. The Accelerated Aging test can be run to simulate a designated time period ranging from 1 month to 5 years (or longer). The time of simulated aging depends on the temperature at which the products are held. For example, at 55°C using an ambient temperature of 25°C, 6.5 weeks is equivalent to 1 year on the shelf. Accelerated stability testing Studies designed to increase the rate of chemical degradation and physical change of a drug by using exaggerated storage conditions as part of the formal stability testing programme. The results of accelerated testing studies are not always predictive of physical changes.
